Customer Question

I have an 11 year old golden retriever he has generally been a very healthy dog. 2 weeks ago he took ill, off food took him to vet who gave him antibiotics after a week he picked up. eating and peeing again. colour on tounge healthy and pink again. however when he was sick he had no energy so wasn't walking. he developed some bed sores on his paws which we have been treating but hes back legs are still not strong and hes not walkin by himself on back legs. he is happy and content, loving being inside in the warm getting spoilt but his back legs concern me. his front legs fine
JA: I'm sorry to hear that. This sounds like it might be serious. I'll let the Veterinarian know what's going on ASAP. Is there anything else important you think the Veterinarian should know about the Golden Retriever?
Customer: no like I said we have been very lucky he is happy and healthy. he is not crying or sooking with pain, happily smiling as normal
