He's a boxer and keeps shaking his head like his ear is

Customer Question

He's a boxer and keeps shaking his head like his ear is hurting. I looked in his ear and between the folds of his ear is a hard, round and red looking place. Could it be a tumor or what
JA: I'm sorry to hear that. Some lumps are serious and some aren't. Let's see what the Veterinarian has to say. What is the boxer's name and age?
Customer: Blazer and he's 5
JA: Is there anything else the Veterinarian should be aware of about Blazer?
Customer: Has allergies but can't find the right food. We have tried everything

To make sure I got this right, you are seeing a lump in the ear, correct?

Customer: replied 3 months ago.
More of a bump than a lump

I am sorry for the delay in response, I had some technical issues at this end.

Is it possible for you to take a picture on post it on this thread?

Customer: replied 3 months ago.
I can't get it. Is there an email I can send to?
Expert:  Dr. Peter replied 3 months ago.

You can submit to customer service and they can send it to me. Or, you can download it via the paper clip icon you have at your end.
