Ms. .. my Pomeranian gave off a loud squeal and then passed

Customer Question

Hello Ms. Wilson.. my Pomeranian gave off a loud squeal and then passed out. When I picked her up she was limp in my arms and had urinated everywhere period but I was able to wake her up. She was breathing really heavy afterwards
JA: I'm sorry to hear that. Have you looked to see if there is a wound on their foot?
Customer: Yes I checked her feet and her body for any injuries or any bumps or lumps or anything unusual and didn't find anything
JA: The Veterinarian will know what to do. What is the dog's name and age?
Customer: Her name is ***** ***** she is about nine years old
JA: Is there anything else important you think the Veterinarian should know about Lulu?
Customer: She has not had much appetite for her food or water today but she did drink some milk which seems to be her favorite

Hi its Dr. Michelle. I will see if I can help here. Two things come to mind here that should be checked out by your veterinarian. A seizure of some type, or a heart problem. Those are both things I cannot do for your here. If she has recovered from it tonight, then it doesn't warrant an emergency visit but a regular consult with your veterinarian. Hope this helps.
