Customer: There is no sogn at all except I saw him playing with the spider and shortly after that he became rarely lethargic

Can you clarify "rarely lethargic" for me, please? Australia has some nasty spiders but Australia's spider reputation is bigger than its bite: a death in April 2016 was the country's first recorded spider-caused death since 1981.
