I'm not sure if these are related or independent of one

Customer Question

Hi. I'm not sure if these are related or independent of one another. But, I have a 10-month old female dog who has a couple of bumps. I'm a first time owner so I ask about everything. She has a small bump (~pencil eraser) on her lower lip;it's fairly soft. Then she also has another bump under her armpit. This one is about dime-sized & hard. It almost seems like a bite. What are these? Should I be concerned?
JA: I'm sorry to hear that. Strange behavior is often perplexing. I'm sure the Veterinarian can help you. Is there anything else the Veterinarian should be aware of about the dog?
Customer: She's up on all her vaccines. She has had what looks like dry skin ever since I took her in at 8weeks but I give her Salmon oil which has appeared to help

are you able to attach a picture of the lumps you are concerned about? most need to be aspirated (sampled) with a needle or biopsy instrument to be diagnosed but some (like warts) can be diagnosed visually.

This is the best she'd let me do as far as taking more pictures
