I'm sorry to hear of this with Hercules. Bleeding from more than one orifice suggests a clotting defect such as is seen with an anticoagulant rodenticide poisoning, thrombocytopenia (lack of blood platelets) due to a tick-borne infection or it can be idiopathic (unknown cause), and, less commonly, with immune mediated hemolytic anemia. Whatever the cause, these are life-threatening danger signs which should prompt having Hercules attended to by a vet at your earliest convenience. A thorough physical exam including a complete blood count/platelet count must be part of the diagnostics performed on Hercules.
