no protein, carbohydrates,low sodium, pnhosphates. Also lots of water.
Puppy is 6 months old, Vet diagnose kidney disease last week

The reason I recommend this is because her growth and development needs to be considered, as well as her kidney disease. If she were an adult dog, this would be a little easier but because she is a puppy most diets are not tailored to her specific needs.
