My 4 year lab/st bernard has a couple issues she has always

my 4 year lab/st bernard has a couple issues she has always sleept like 22 hour a day if we walk she will go with and walk whatever distance we go my wife thought maybe a thyroid problem she has some bumps on top of her head which she has had for a long time she also has been urinating once them walks around and tries to keep urinating but nothing comes out also she has some secretion from her eyes kinda liike boogers?
JA: I'll do all I can to help. Could be a lot of things that cause lethargy. The veterinarian will know how to help the dog. What is the dog's name?

Customer: she is not like in pain or anything she drinks her water and has a good appetate she eats a grain/salmon food

she has always slept or layed down like this since she was little some times i think she has African sleeping sickness lol

Okay. If she has always slept a lot, you can definitely get the thyroid checked with your vet, but it may just be her. The urinary issue sounds like a urinary tract infection. I would see your vet for a urinalysis, and try to bring a urine sample with you when you go. A urinary infection can cause what you are seeing in the eyes, too, because they can end up with a whole body bacterial infection that can cause that. I would see your vet, and in the meantime you can try one adult aspirin every 8 hours and see if that helps.
