Does your dog have any redness, swelling, or debris in the ear? What is the name of the drops so I can look up the ingredients online?

Customer: replied 8 months ago.
isopropyl Alcohol 94.998% in glycerin 5%. Wallgreens brand

Ok so if the eat is at all red, inflamed, irritated, there is debris, or he is scratching at it DO NOT use the ear drops because the alcohol will burn and sting. Those drops are to evaporate water out of the ear. So if he has water in his ears you want use 2-3 drops.

Does that help? Do you have any additional questions?

no redness and the dog is not acting like anything is wrong. she just has lots of wax
