My 11 year old Cocker Spaniel has lost about 7 lbs going

My 11 year old Cocker Spaniel has lost about 7 lbs going from 25lbs to 18 lbs. He is eating very well up to two cans of alpo prime cuts daily and several treats. No significant behavior changes. Vet has done blood work all normal. Got a course of antibiotics and vitamins. Still eating well but loosing weight. Appointment today what do I ask.
