You're speaking to Dr. Michael Salkin. Welcome to JustAnswer. I'm currently typing up my reply. Please be patient. This may take a few minutes.

At 0.5mg/kg Adderal will cause agitation. At 2-3 mg/kg seizures and coma can arise. 10 mg/14.5kg (32 lbs) = 0.69 mg/kg and so I would expect Aleu to become agitated but remain safe. I would induce emesis anyway by dosing Aleu with 30 mL (2 measuring tablespoons) of 3% hydrogen peroxide with a small poultry baster placed between her cheek teeth and cheek. She should vomit within 15 minutes. If not, please repeat the same dose. Please respond with further questions or concerns if you wish.

She has yet to vomit. So far she is only drooling. I am going to give her another dose
Expert:  Dr. Michael Salkin replied 12 months ago.

Yes, please do. Peroxide acts by irritating the stomach lining.

Customer: replied 12 months ago.
If she doesn't still should I give her another dose?
Expert:  Dr. Michael Salkin replied 12 months ago.

Two doses should be the maximum given. Any more than that irritates the stomach lining too much. If she still doesn't vomit you have two choices - wait this out and expect agitation for up to 12 hours or have an on-call vet induce emesis with an injection of apomorphine. If two hours have passed from the time she ingested the Adderal, however, inducing emesis has questionable value.
