Customer: Gracie is 5 yrs old.
JA: Is there anything else important you think the Veterinarian should know about Gracie?
Customer: No she has never had a skin problem no fleas complete inside dog. Sees her Vet regularly.

Just noticed today that she is licking it often, a slight inflamed.

Probably the best thing that you could do at home for this situation is to place an E-collar on her (the lamp shade collar) as it can provide a barrier to prevent further licking. Just stopping the licking for a period of a day or two can let areas of irritation quiet down.
