Customer Question

I brought him home from the groomers today and he has been coughing ever since and doesn't want to do anything. Could this be Kennel Cough? Do I need to bring him in tonight or can this wait until Monday?
JA: I'm sorry to hear that. What sort of animal are we talking about?
Customer: He is a Cocker Spaniel dog
JA: OK. Coughing can be worrying. The Veterinarian will know what you should do. What is the cocker spaniel's name and age?
Customer: His name is ***** ***** he is 9
JA: Is there anything else important you think the Veterinarian should know about Biscuit?
Customer: Nothing that I can think of.

I am sorry to learn Biscuit is not feeling well. My name is***** will do my best to help you today. First I need to ask you a few questions so that I can be well informed and give you the best advice.

1- How long was he at the groomer, just today?

2- Any pre existing medical conditions?

3- Can you expand on him not wanting to do anything?

Customer: replied 9 months ago.
He was at the groomer today for 2 hrs. I have learned from the groomer that he was pulling on the lead a lot and she thinks his tracia might be an issue. He has been hiding under my bed all day.

Yes, I am here. I am sorry I did not notice you had responded. Yes, chat is fine; I can not make a live call either. The offer is sent from the site automatically not me, sorry for the confusion.

1- Can you take a look at his gums and see if they are pink or pale?

2- Is he eating and drinking?

3- How much does he weigh?
