Customer Question

My 10 pound dog contacted some type of insect problem. I thought it was fleas, so I bought her a seresto flee collar, and had terminex come and spray my whole apartment around a week and a half ago. I also have been vacuuming every day like I was told. But, it's still a problem.
I was told by a friend that I should be able to see fleas, and I have very good eyes, and haven't seen anything visible. But, every night I just crawl, and am getting bites that look like small pimples. I believe she got whatever they are from stray cats that hang around outside our back door. I don't know what the hell I'm dealing with, and don't know how to find out. I'm starting to think it's some type of mites, because I can't see them, and I don't know where to go to find out. I've spent $60 on the collar, and $120 on terminex, and don't know what to do.

Lance, has Cali been around other dogs lately? Where on her body is she scratching? Where on your body are you finding those "small pimples". My concern is sarcoptic mange if fleas aren't responsible.

Hi Lance,

I'm just following up on our conversation about Cali. How is everything going?
