Friend, one single dose of Lisinopril/HCTZ 10-12.25mg will Not be life-threatening or toxic to an 80 lbs Cheyenne, she may urinate more than usual and drink more than usual for today but otherwise will be fine. There should not be any negative interaction with the Apoquel or Levothyroxine, she will be fine. Just keep plenty of water available for her because of the diuretic effect of HCTZ.

My goal is to provide you with excellent service - I hope I've provided the information you were seeking, if you feel you have received anything less, please reply back as I am happy to address follow-up questions. Kindly rate me when you are done.
