1) What were the initial symptoms on Thursday?
2) What diagnostics were performed? blood work, fecal, parvo test?
3) What are you seeing today that has worsened symptom-wise?

Customer: replied 11 months ago.
He has projectile diarrhoea for 5 days, it just kept getting worse until it was just water like.
The vet examined him and made the diagnosis
It has just taken me 2 hours to find him, we have a large garden. He is moaning like he first was when he had the bad diarrhoea, he has not eaten since breakfast but has a very distended tummy

Were no diagnostics performed to determine the diagnosis?

I ask because 8 week old puppies are prone to viruses that can be life-threatening. If no diagnostics were performed, that will be the next step and they need to happen promptly. Your description if the situation does not sound like this puppy needs to wait an extended period of time before medical intervention begins again.
