My name is***** and I am sorry to hear that your puppy got sealer on her paws. I would recommend using cooking oil to try to get it off. Soak the paw in cooking oil (olive, corn, canola, etc) and soak a paper towel or wash cloth in the oil and scrub the paws. That often works better than soap and water. The other option is paint thinner, but that is super toxic and you don't want to use that if you don't have to.

Does this help? What other questions do you have?

Good morning! How is your puppy today? Did the cooking oil get the sealer off his paws? Do you have any more questions for me?
