I did not know this could take up to a whole day. I was doing this on my computer and the "vets assistant" said she'd connect me. I had to go and decided to start over on my phone. It seemed like it was an immediate connection but now I'm seeing it could take an entire day?

I'm sorry for the delay. Metformin is considered inactive in dogs and so he should remain unaffected. There's no need to induce emesis or treat in any manner. Please respond with further questions or concerns if you wish.

(9:30PM here) I have to leave my computer for the night. I don't expect any problem to develop.
