Hi. This is Dr. Hill. I am sorry the Bentley is not well. A loss of appetite, trembling and not drinking does sound like he is in pain. The question becomes why. He had a physical exam today. Did they run any bloodwork or look at his urine? Schnauzer's are one of the breeds that develop pancreatitis and also have can have bladder stone issues. Both of these can cause trembling and a loss of appetite. If he is not on a special diet you can offer him some boneless/skinless chicken and white rice this evening. If he eats some, then give him a little bit more in a couple of hours. If there were no diagnostics done today, then please considering contacting your veterinarian in the morning to have them done. Make sure he is not getting any high fat food or treats. I hope this helps. take care.
