I am sorry to hear you are worried about your puppies. My name is Rebecca. I am a veterinarian and will do my best to help.

Has a stool specimen from the pups been examined microscopically for parasites and worms (not all parasites are worms, some are only one cell in size, like Giardia and Coccida)? If not, that would be my first step.

They have been wormed with panicur they look depressed so I have taken them from the others and put them in another room they look ok but are small

Panacur does not get all parasites. Coccidia could cause the stool to be green, but would not improve with Panacur. I would have a stool sample checked, if this has not been done.
