4 puppies from a litter of 8 came down with a congenital

Customer Question

4 puppies from a litter of 8 came down with a congenital form of myasthenia graves should we still consider a puppy from this litter?

This is Dr. KV. I would be quite cautious while considering a puppy from this litter. If you have already selected one of the litter and have already bonded to it, you may consider getting the pup tested for myasthenia gravis. There is a blood test that can determine if the puppy is susceptible to the condition.
