My 16 month old retriever is breathing at around 60 breaths

Customer Question

My 16 month old retriever is breathing at around 60 breaths per minute - very shallow. Have only noticed this over the past night or so. I don't think he is sleeping for very long lengths of time. It's hot during the day but I've kept him inside in the AC so I don't think he's overeating. No issues with play with his brother and he is eating just fine. Any thoughts?
