Hello,

This is Dr KV. I'm here to help you with Lenny tonight.

How is Lenny breathing now? Is he in distress?

Ask Your Own Dog Veterinary Question
Dog Veterinarian: Katie Volat, Dog Veterinarian replied 1 year ago

I am worried Lenny may have aspirated...a condition where a dog vomits and then accidentally breathes in the vomit. This can cause severe airway irritation. Pugs are more prone to doing this, as they have shorter airways.

he isn't having such a hard time breathing now
Dog Veterinarian: Katie Volat, Dog Veterinarian replied 1 year ago

Ok, great news.

Do you have any idea why he vomited today? Did he vomit more that once today?

I hope Lenny is feeling better. Please feel free to reach out if I can assist you further.

With appreciation,

Dr. KV
