Sorry for my delay as some cases at work pulled me away. Good job on the photos! Those do look very suspicious for thermal injuries from a heating pad that may have been in contact of that area during the spay. The other possibility that I thought of would be the application of a topical flea preventative that had a very bad cutaneous reaction. I've only seen one of those. The areas of skin are definitely compromised and most likely they will slowly be sloughed off. Overall, the injuries are ones that can be dealt with!
