Customer Question

My dog is trembling involuntarily
JA: I'll do all I can to help. What is wrong with your dog?
Customer: She is a less than 20 pound white mix of a spitz and poodle she has been shaking/ trembling uncontrollably.
JA: Where does your poodle seem to hurt?
Customer: I've felt all over her body- the shaking is on the sides of her body- and she doesn't seem to be in any pain at all.
JA: OK. No obvious pain. What is the poodle's name and age?
Customer: Sophie and she is 6 years old. Is there a way I can send a video I took of her shaking.
JA: Is there anything else important you think the Veterinarian should know about Sophie?
Customer: The shaking seemed to start after she got her fell medication. It's the kind that get spread on her back.
JA: OK. Got it. I'm sending you to a secure page on JustAnswer so you can place the $5 fully-refundable deposit now. While you're filling out that form, I'll tell the Veterinarian about your situation and then connect you two.

Hello, I'm Dr. Deb and will do my best to help you today.

I'm sorry for this concern for Sophie. I do have a few additional questions to ask about her first if you don't mind:

1. When did you apply the topical flea medication?

2. Can you tell me the name of the product you used?

3. And, how long has she been shaking?

4. Any other symptoms? Is she eating/drinking? Any diarrhea or vomiting?

There may be a slight delay after I receive your answers since I have to type up a response to you. Thanks for your patience. Deb
