It shouldn't be. When dosed correctly, pyrantel pamoate is very well-tolerated. Is this what your liquid wormer contained?

I see that your duplicate post was closed so you wouldn't be charged twice. Please stay in this conversation if you wish. Pro-Sense wormer contains the poorly effective piperazine which can cause nausea, vomiting, or muscular tremors. Hopefully, the pups are only colicky as the piperazine is working rather than suffering an adverse effect. Conservative care for the pups at this time consists of stimulating defecation by mimicking the effect of the dam's tongue with a moistened rough towel rubbed from chest to abdomen to anus. Please respond with further questions or concerns if you wish.
