Hi there- I am Dr. Kane and will help you with Ginger tonight. I'm sorry to hear she is not feeling well. You mentioned she seems tired- how long has she been like this? Any vomiting or diarrhea, or other concerns?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
No vomiting no diarrhea

Can you give a dog aspirin?
Expert:  Rebekah Kane replied 1 year ago.

OK- got it. And has her appetite been good?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Now it is, she did stop eating for a day though
Expert:  Rebekah Kane replied 1 year ago.

Aspirin can be given to dogs in very low doses- but I only recommend for certain situations- and not a good idea right now when we don't know what is ailing her. Especially in a dog with a history of pancreatitis- it may exacerbate stomach irritation/upset. If you think it may be another bout of pancreatitis coming on- make sure she stays hydrated (can add extra water to food), and make sure she is eating only her prescription low fat diet (if one was prescribed by her veterinarian), and no treats or table scraps.

I have a special dry food 12% fat. I stopped giving her chicken tenderloin treats that I make in my dehydrator

I can get some low fat canned moist food tomorrow.

They have some good dog food at Tractor supply

OK, that is a good start. At this time her symptoms seem fairly non-specific- meaning it could be any number of things. With her history of pancreatitis, it may be worthwhile to touch base with her veterinarian for a checkup if this abnormal behavior doesn't resolve soon.
