Good Morning and welcome! I am Dr. Loretta, a licensed veterinarian and I am happy to answer your question. Since Papillon's are so small, even a small amount can cause problems. If this has been within 2 hrs of ingestion, induce vomiting by giving Cookie 1 teaspoon of hydrogen peroxide per 5 pounds of her weight. Wait 15 minutes and if she has not vomited this material, do this again. You can safely do this 3 times. Even after this, have your vet check Cookie to be sure that none of this has been absorbed. If it is after 2 hrs, take Cookie to your vet as soon as possible so the correct measures can be done to keep Cookie safe. Does that make sense to you? Please let me know if you have ANY other questions. My goal is to give you 100% satisfaction and if you are not yet satisfied, please REPLY so I can clarify for you. Sincerely, ***** *****
