Hello. Thanks for the question. The main worry I would have, is a brain tumor. Dogs with brain tumors will often times go stand in corners of rooms and not know how to get out of there. They also tend to press their head against walls. Seizures are also common once it causes enough compression on the brain.The only way to diagnose this, is with an MRI of the head. The treatment is either surgical removal or radiation therapy for those that want to do everything. For the majority, we treat with anti-seizure meds (Phenobarbital) and a steroid (Prednisone).
