When enterococcus was identified by culture and sensitivity there should have been at least one antibiotic that was at least partially successful in killing this bacterium. The bacterial culture and sensitivity report needs to be reviewed and consulting with the bacteriologist at the reference lab should be considered. Can you get a copy of the report and upload it to our conversation?
