3 year old Australian Shepherd is having trouble holding down

Customer Question

3 year old Australian Shepherd is having trouble holding down her food. Appetite is fine but anything more than 1/4 cup comes right back up. No sigh of pain when pressing on her stomach. Her diet has been 3/4 cup of Beneful (salmon) 3 times a day with no problems until now. Stool looks good & she is still very active, showing no signs of being sick. Weight approximately 55 lb.

Welcome and thanks for asking your question. My name is***** am a licensed veterinarian. I am not set up to make a live call. But, I am happy to answer your question on this thread. First I need to ask you a few questions so that I can be well informed and give you the best advice. 1- How long has this been going on? 2- Did she get into anything or eat something out of the ordinary? 3- Any pre existing medical conditions? 4- Does she ever vomit without food? 5- Any other symptoms?
