Jax's head rocking (tremors?) and being off balance (ataxia/"drunken sailor") are worrisome symptoms of intoxication by prescription or recreational drug, a chemical, or perhaps insecticide. Did he have access to anything like that? Encephalopathy (brain disorder) needs to be considered as well - infectious or congenital (present at birth/birth defect), mainly.

He had shots 3 days ago and no to the other he shakes like he's cold

Can you take his rectal temperature for me? Any body thermometer placed 1" into his rectum for 1 minute will do. Normal is 100.5-102.5F. Please check his gum and tongue color as well. They should be nicely pink - not whitish (anemia) or bluish/greyish (cyanosis/hypoxia/lack of oxygen to his tissues). Finally please check his respiratory rate at rest. He should be taking less than 40 breaths/minute. Please let me know what you find.

His breath is normal his gums look pink ant I don't have a temp he is just sleeping and won't eat or drink and he haven't been to the bathroom since this morning he was fine then

He may be experiencing a delayed hypersensitivity reaction to his last vaccines. Please have his vet take a look at him tomorrow. Such a reaction can be countered by administering a glucocorticosteroid such as prednisone. Have his head rocking stopped and balance improved since you posted earlier?
