Such profound and lasting anorexia begs for a thorough physical exam by his vet which should include diagnostics in the form of blood and urine tests. Without Teddy's vet's aid you have no manner in which to know how to help Teddy. You can force feed him his regular food but that should be considered a stopgap approach until it's determined why he has become so inappetent. The backyard pesticides may be a red herring. Please respond with further questions or concerns if you wish.

I'm just following up on our conversation about Teddy. How is everything going?
