Hello. Given his age, some of this could be teething. As young dogs and puppies get their teeth in, they will be more likely to chew things. This is just part of aging and something you just deal with. Try to make sure he has appropriate things to chew on- toys, rawhide chews, ect. I would also definitely crate him when you are not with him to prevent any destructive chewing when you're not home. If it continues after he's 12-18 months old, then I worry more about a separation anxiety or behavior issue.
