Welcome and thanks for asking your question. My name is***** am a licensed veterinarian. I am not set up to make a live call. But, I am happy to answer your question on this thread. First I need to ask you a few questions so that I can be well informed and give you the best advice.

1- How elevated was the ALP (please provide reference number for that lab)?

2- Can you describe his symptoms?

3- Is he on any medications?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
ALP was 243, and 1 year ago it was 183
He is active, eats and drinks well, is overweight (12.2 lbs), the only thing I notice is that he gets winded more readily when he is playing with other dogs and doing heavy running. He does have a collapsing trachea, but that is under control. He also has a couple of fat lumps on both sides of his hips. He is not on any medication.

Are you still there?
