I'm sorry that your question wasn't answered in a timely manner. Please let me know if you still need help. Pronounced limping 4 months after ACL surgery isn't normal. Buster's surgeon needs to recheck Buster to see if post-operative infection or surgical failure leaving Buster's stifle joint unstable exists. I would expect repeat X-rays to be performed in order to better understand the health of that joint. Relying on antiinflammatory and/or analgesic drugs to normalize Buster at this time isn't appropriate.
