Hello this is Dr. Holloway but you can call me Dr. H for short. I am sorry to hear about your pets current medical status. Weight loss with increased drinking, loss of appetite and now shaking which could be a sign of pain indicates that your pet may have an underlying organ malfunction/disorder such as diabetes mellitus, Cushing's disease (adrenal gland problem), kidney disease, etc. The list unfortunately doesn't indicate one disease in particular as these all can look very similar clinically. The best recommendation for your at this point (especially if this has been slowly progressing over the course of a month) is to have your pet seen by your vet for a full bloodwork panel to help pinpoint which organ is in trouble here so that this can be treated properly.

If you don't mind me asking, how old is she?

Also has she ever been diagnosed with an illness in the past 2 years or so?
