I have a chihuahua he bt 3 yrs old maybe lil older.. he was fine up till yesterday his eyes r dilated n he has lost appitite n acts skitsh n scared what could b the problem . Should i worm him done gave him antibotic wit honey.. plz help me

I'm sorry that your question wasn't answered in a timely manner and I understand your concern for your Chihuahua. Dilated eyes concurrent with a change in mentation (mental status) as evidenced by his acting skittish/scared indicates encephalopathy (brain disorder). These disorders can be primary - seizure disorder, immune-mediated meningoencephalitis, e.g. - or secondary to a metabolic disorder that is intoxicating his brain such as a poorly functioning liver. While worming, antibiotic administration and honey shouldn't be harmful, those treatments aren't likely to be helpful. His vet will need to perform a thorough physical and neurologic exam on him which are likely to include diagnostics in the form of blood and urine tests.
