My dog swallowed one doryx...anti malaria tablet. I am near no vets. What can I do?

Hello. Thanks for the question.

Doryx is a delayed release Doxycycline- an antibiotic. This is used commonly in dogs. When an overdose is taken, the main side effect we see is nausea and vomiting. I would just try to get some food into him, as that helps prevent nausea associated with Doxycycline. That is all I would do with him. The nausea, if present, should resolve on it's own over 24 hours.
