Friend, a single dose of Advil 200mg for a 25 lbs dog will not be toxic. You see, in this case based on weight the dose comes out to 11mg/kg. We start getting concern with gastrointestinal effects (ulcers, vomiting, etc.) with doses above 25mg/kg. Doses above 100mg/kg we get concern about renal failure. Your dog will be fine, no need to worry.
