I have a Shorkie. We recently just got snow and my mother

Customer Question

I have a Shorkie. We recently just got snow and my mother tried to take him out for his daily walk. He started screaming as if someone was beating him. Initially my mother thought maybe he got some salt in his pads. She washed his feet and checked. There was nothing wrong with the dogs feet. Now he will not go outside at all. Please help us we are afraid that he will have accidents in the house because he is unwilling to go outside
