As far as information for Selenium overdoses goes, excessive amounts can cause anemia and severe liver damage. I would recommend taking your puppy into a vet tomorrow for at least a CBC/Chemistry 10 to see if any values are altered and then treat them as needed. If everything is normal, I would recommend rechecking the bloodwork again in 1 week to make sure nothing has changed. I hope this answers your question.
