Lab puppy opened a plastic bag of hot/cold therapy pack made by modivan, under the name I pack. Label says non toxic but non toxic for dogs.

Those hot and cools packs are made of nontoxic materials. There should be no problem with ingestion. There was a case several years ago when some packs were made with ethylene glycol instead of the less toxic propylene glycol, but if it says non toxic then these packs shouldn't be a peoblem.
