I missed giving our dog a Phenobarbital pill this morning at 7..remembered when got home from work at 5 ...he is seazing about every 10 min or sooner what can I do

You need to get to an ER vet immediately. They can administer an intravenous dose of diazepam (valium) to get the seizures controlled. If necessary, they could also give an extra IV dose of phenobarbital to help get the therapeutic values back up in the bloodstream.

In addition, its important to note that a single missed dose shouldn't have typically resulted in such fast and severe breakhrough seizures. So, the regulation may not have been as ideal as expected.

Well worth the ER trip for some more immediate IV medications to get him stabilized.
