Thank you for your question I'm Dr. Dan and I'll try to help you.

If this has occurred within the last 2-3 hours then give 1 tablespoon of hydrogen peroxide to induce vomiting. If she doesn't vomit in 15 min give her one more dose but no more. Please note in some dogs hydrogen peroxide can be dangerously irritating to the stomach so there is some risk with this procedure. If you don't feel comfortable with the hydrogen peroxide go the emergency vet so he/she can use apomorphine which is a safer way to induce vomiting. If we can't make her vomit and some dogs won't no matter what we do, then we need to keep a close eye on her. If she starts vomiting food and water repeatedly in the next 72 hours (and we were unsuccessful in getting the bone out now) then she has an obstruction and needs an xray and probable surgery.

I hope this helps, if not please feel free to ask more questions.
