I just bought the two little dogs the Blue Dog Bakery treats

Customer Question

I just bought the two little dogs the Blue Dog Bakery treats and gave each of them several pieces. I then read the ingredients and found at the bottom of the pkg that it had garlic powder and salt. Now I am a nervous wreck that I have poisoned them. one is a 5lb Chihawawa and the other one is a 10lb. What do I do now p.s. sorry I misspelled the bread but I am very upset over this..Please let me know what to do..thank you so much.

I am still waiting how long will it be?

Welcome and thanks for asking your question. My name is***** am a licensed veterinarian. I am sorry for the delay in response.

Friend, the content in treats that have garlic is usually minimal and will not be poisonous or toxic for your dog. I would however discontinue using these treats. But, a single exposure will not be a problem for your dogs, they will be fine.
