Hello, I'm Dr. Bob. Thank you for asking this excellent question. I've been using a therapy laser in my practice for 4 years , and while the laser is truly amazing in the effects it can produce, it will not bring dead tissue back to life, so each situation must be evaluated individually to determine if the therapy might be of help. The good news is that, when properly applied, the laser therapy will do no harm. Has your veterinarian recommended laser therapy for your dog, or are you asking a rhetorical question?
