My 2-year old labrador runs off leash in the woods. Recently after chasing a deer, I noticed a limp. He has a lump on the top of his right paw toward the inside. This happened a few weeks ago and the lump has not gone down. After a few days it seemed to stop hurting (no limping) but occasionally it flares up again (more limping) usually after running,
