my 5 year old male havanese dog weighs 20 lbs and may have swallowed a 20 mg vivanse ADHD pill about 30 minutes ago. No signs of abnormal behavior. please advise

20mg/20 lbs or 1 mg/lb should cause agitation but little else. I might dose a dog at a maximum of 0.25 mg/lb. As the dose increases and approaches 5 mg/lb, tremors, arrhythmia (irregular heart rate), and even seizures can arise. Please give me an update on your dog.
