My puppy got a hold of my medication. Loradine 10mg it is Claritin there are approx. 20 pills missing but I have found some that were in pieces. He also got I think but not sure if my bottle was empty or had a couple left of Prozac 20mg

I'm sorry that your question wasn't answered in a timely manner. May I have an update on your dog, please? Loratidine doesn't penetrate the blood-brain barrier well and so adverse effects aren't well documented in dogs. Potentially, at higher dosages it could cause sedation, lethargy, or paradoxical excitement, vomiting and tachycardia (increased heart rate). Dry mouth and decreased tear production are possible. Fluoxetine (Prozac) may cause lethargy, gastrointestinal effects, anxiety, irriatability, insomina/hyperactivity, or panting. Anorexia is a common side effect in dogs but is usually transient.
